Usually we use for this recipe parrotfishes as the main ingredient. However, you can use any other fish you like.
Clean the fishes properly, add some salt on them and leave them for a while until they absorb an extra salty flavor. Cut the onions into pieces of medium size and sauté with garlic. Next, add the tomatoes and leave a little time to be cooked. Then, add the parsley, the pepper and a little salt. Allow some time in order your sauce to be cooked and then put the fishes in a row, in a baking dish and place them in oven. Leave the fishes in the sauce over low heat until the fishes are ready.
