For years, it remained intact, as if ghosts would wander around at night. In the huge, empty rooms with the impenetrable iron doors and railings on the windows, there is a feeling that \u201cMorse code\u201d will be heard, and radio operators, headphones on, will suddenly appear!! The frequencies used were such that allowed communication with Cairo, Italy and Rhodes, but not with the other end of the island!! Therefore, during the 5 critical days, batteries used messengers and exchange of canon fire to communicate between them! One thing is certain!
